Professional Starter is the VARTA nautical starting range: its function is to start the boat engine, not to power the onboard consumptions.
They are built with thin plates and a lot of active surface area, the configuration that maximizes instantaneous current. They include reinforcements against vibration and waves, and a casing prepared for the marine environment. They deliver a very high intensity for a few seconds, which is exactly what is required for the starting of an outboard or inboard engine.

Do not use it as a service battery: a starting battery subjected to repeated deep discharges degrades in a few months. If you need to power the fridge, sonar or lights, install a separate service bank with a Dual Purpose or a lithium battery.
Professional Starter keeps its designation. It is the VARTA marine starting battery; for onboard consumption the corresponding range is Professional Dual Purpose or Professional Li-Ion Deep Cycle.
The starting battery delivers a lot of current for a few seconds and does not tolerate deep discharges. The service battery is built to be discharged and recharged daily. Using a starting battery as a service battery degrades it in a few months.
It is not advisable. For onboard consumption you need a service bank: a Dual Purpose if you share function, or a lithium battery if the consumption is daily and prolonged.
Yes. It incorporates reinforcements against vibration and waves and a casing prepared for marine use.
It depends on the engine displacement and whether it is diesel or gasoline. Consult the engine manual: the manufacturer indicates the minimum cold cranking current required.
