Dual Purpose EFB covers the same dual function of starting and service as the AGM range, with reinforced electrolyte and a more contained price.
Technology
The carbon additive and polyester separator multiply the cycling resistance compared to a conventional starting battery, maintaining the current needed to start the engine. It is an intermediate solution: more cycles than a Starter and lower cost than an AGM, suitable when onboard consumption is regular but not intensive.
