Forklift Batteries

Traction batteries for electric forklifts in Málaga and the Costa del Sol: three- and four-wheel counterbalance trucks, reach trucks and stackers. We supply them ourselves and, if a reference is not in stock, we bring it in to order.

What we supply

Most forklifts carry a battery of 2 V cells (PzS) in a steel tray: 24 V on the smallest, 48 V on mid-size counterbalance and reach trucks, and 80 V on the large ones. We work with Varta, Tudor, Trojan, Rolls and TAB, in flooded lead-acid and, where it suits, gel or AGM. We supply batteries for equipment such as Linde, Still, Jungheinrich, Toyota or Crown; the right battery is always confirmed from the plate on the machine or on the current battery. If only one cell has failed, ask us: sometimes it can be replaced without changing the whole battery.

Details we need for a quote

• Voltage (V) and C5 capacity (Ah).
• Tray dimensions: length, width and height.
• Minimum battery weight shown on the truck’s plate: the battery acts as counterweight.
• Connector type and which side the cable comes out.

Tell us how many shifts the machine works and which charger you have, too. A photo of the plate sent by WhatsApp to +34 952 31 01 18 is usually enough to prepare the quote.

Delivery to your industrial estate and removal of the old battery

We deliver to industrial estates in Málaga and the Costa del Sol; ask about delivery times. We do not fit on your premises: your staff or your service contractor installs it. We take back the used battery and recycle it at no charge.

Not sure between monoblocs and cells, or between lead, gel and lithium? We explain it in the guide to forklift and pallet truck batteries.
